Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with proven experience in large ERP system implementation and management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization where finance and accounting professionals are valued for their ability to drive results and introduce process efficiencies.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare, analyze, and report financial data in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements
Leverage large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to streamline accounting workflows, automate reconciliations, and support internal controls
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, finance, and operations to implement ERP system enhancements and resolve accounting issues
Monitor compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and support audits and SOX requirements as needed
Provide mentorship and guidance to members of the accounting team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
at least 2 years working with large ERP systems in a corporate environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex accounting processes to non-finance stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
