Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or related financial functions
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Innovative, adaptable, and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in both Japanese and English communication

Nice to have:
