Senior Accountant

• Manage all leases - knowledge of ASC842 is required
• Conduct thorough account analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports to aid in strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting functions and improve operational efficiency
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and financial data
• Reconcile accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy across all financial records
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Support the implementation of accounting process improvements to enhance workflow productivity
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced accounting staff when necessary

• Proven experience in accounts payable management and account analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
