We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our client's team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing environment within a company known for its strong financial performance and collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting tight deadlines.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance
Support internal and external audits
Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accurate account reconciliations
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Coordinate budgeting processes across departments
Prepare forecasts and monitor budget adherence
Reconcile physical inventories and cycle counts
Analyze inventory risks and prepare inventory reserves
Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal control procedures
Stay updated on tax regulations and assist with tax filings
Utilize ERP systems for financial data management
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting with a strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation abilities
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience with month-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
Solid understanding of general ledger management and financial statement preparation
A detail-oriented attitude and a proactive, positive approach to problem-solving
