Publicly traded, global software company is seeking a strong Sr. Accountant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting fast paced environment with growth potential.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for general ledger, intercompany entries
  • Preparation of month end close
  • Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements
  • Monthly and quarterly research, track, and document GAAP compliance for revenue related items such as ASC 606
  • Post journal entries, review general ledger accounts, and reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Support accounts payable and assisting with audits
  • Prepare and review monthly/ quarterly/yearly fluctuation analysis over income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Research technical accounting issues and draft accounting position memos as necessary
  • Assist with M& A transactions

Requirements

  • Senior Accountant with 4-5 years plus of accounting experience
  • CPA, public/private experience
  • Working knowledge of intercompany/international consolidations
  • Experience in Tech/SaaS
  • NetSuite experience preferred
