We are partnering with a growing investment and asset-focused organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This position will play a key role in financial reporting, supporting cash flow analysis, and contributing to day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities. The role collaborates closely with leadership and provides guidance to junior team members. This role reports to accounting leadership and is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on accounting responsibilities with mentorship and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

5+ years of accounting experience with strong exposure to financial reporting and month-end close
Experience working within a multi-entity structure, including intercompany transactions and consolidations
Background in property-related or asset-based accounting environments, with familiarity in industry-specific ERP systems such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar
Strong analytical abilities with experience reviewing cash flow, supporting forecasting, and communicating financial insights
