The Senior Accountant will oversee critical financial processes, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and adjustments
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Assist with preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Support internal and external audits
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership
Partner cross-functionally to support accurate and timely reporting
Assist in developing and improving accounting processes and procedures
Oversee inventory accounting, including tracking, valuation, and reporting
Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, and transfers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA is preferred but not required
5–7 years of progressive general accounting experience
Full-cycle accounting, accruals, account reconciliation and preparation and analysis of financial statements
Experience with inventory and fixed asset accounting
Strong Excel skills (including formulas and data analysis)
Familiarity with Power BI and SAP is an advantage
Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
