Senior Accountant

• Lead and manage accounting operations, including AR/AP, inventory, and financial reporting
• Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor AR aging and escalate overdue balances as needed
• Manage AP and coordinate timely payment runs
• Ensure compliance with US and Singapore financial reporting standards
• Strengthen internal controls and safeguard company assets
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and HR data
• Continuously improve accounting policies and procedures
• Stay current on financial regulations and industry trends

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
• Proven experience with inventory accounting in a beauty, retail, or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, AR/AP, and compliance
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Netsuite and other financial systems
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines
