Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will ensure the accurate execution of accounting and treasury processes while managing and optimizing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles. Your work will guarantee reliable financial information, day-to-day regulatory compliance, and continuous improvements through automation and process optimization.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute the full accounting cycle
  • Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and balances with international subsidiaries
  • Ensure accurate accounting of foreign currency transactions
  • Manage bank remittances, urgent payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable process (invoice review, posting, and approvals)
  • Reconcile supplier and customer accounts, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Ensure the proper functioning and accounting of the expense and travel management tool
  • Actively participate in monthly and annual closing processes
  • Support external audits by preparing and providing required documentation
  • Act as a key driver of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and implement automation solutions

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the full accounting cycle and ERP systems (Business Central 365 preferred)
  • Experience in multi-entity environments and foreign currency accounting
  • Basic tax knowledge (VAT and periodic tax obligations)
  • High level of English
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance/accounting roles
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Additional languages (French, Italian, or German) are a plus
