Robert Half is partnering with a growing company who is seeking to add a Senior Accountant to support the Corporate Controller and help drive accurate financial reporting across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial reports, and supporting audits, while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing finance team.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain general ledger accounts and perform monthly reconciliations
Prepare financial reports and schedules for leadership
Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
Support annual audits by providing required documentation
Partner with software vendors to support accounting systems
Promote a professional, team-oriented environment and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting experience
