Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in San Francisco, California. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Job Responsibility:

Support global month-end close, consolidations, reconciliations, and intercompany activity
Maintain general ledger accuracy, journal entries, and account integrity
Prepare variance analysis across financial statements and resolve close issues
Research accounting matters and draft technical memos and disclosures
Support internal and external audits and coordinate annual audit activities
Assist with revenue recognition under ASC 606 and manage deferred revenue and AR
Resolve revenue discrepancies and support collections, refunds, and aging accuracy

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Background in public company and SaaS environments preferred
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
Strong systems skills, including Excel/Sheets, Intacct, and AP/tax tools
Working knowledge of key accounting standards (ASC 606, 842, 340-40)
Solid technical accounting foundation with eagerness to grow
