Robert Half Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in Olivette searching for a Senior Accountant. Senior Accountant responsibilities include: Reconciliation and direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual and quarterly budgets, and ad hoc reports requested by executive management. Oversee the adequacy of inventory management processes, assuring the ongoing accuracy of raw material, WIP and finished goods inventory balances. Partner with operations to evaluate capital expenditures, ROI, and long-term capacity planning. Maintain financial documentation required for audits, regulatory inspections, and quality management systems. Perform a monthly review and reconciliation of revenue and expense accounts and cash receipts and disbursements to subledgers and supporting documentation. Process weekly payroll. Prepare, post, verify, and record payroll entries on a weekly basis; partner with Human Resources to assist in the tracking of payroll expenses, benefits administration, and other related items (e.g., Paid Time Off). Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures and long-term strategic planning. Minimum Senior Accountant qualifications: BS in Accounting or Business; 3+ years full cycle accounting experience with manufacturing & standard cost accounting; ERP experience, intermediate MS Excel.
