Job Description:

Beacon Hill is seeking a Senior Accountant to provide hands-on accounting support for a growing organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with general ledger reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and maintain account reconciliations (bank, credit card, assets)
Manage general ledger activity and ensure accuracy across all GL accounts
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Review, prepare, and post journal entries
Ensure accuracy between accounting systems and reports
Support financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements:

5+ years of general accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger management and reconciliations
Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, Dynamics or similar accounting software
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Nice to have:

Nonprofit experience a plus
