Job Description:

Join a growing international manufacturing company in a hands-on, high-impact accounting role. This position offers full ownership of key accounting processes and direct exposure to executive leadership. The right candidate will have a clear growth path toward strategic finance leadership and the opportunity to influence the company’s financial operations at a high level.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and execute month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies
Support external audits and assist with tax-related filings
Compile, analyze, and distribute standard and ad-hoc financial reports and KPIs
Contribute to documentation and enhancement of accounting policies and procedures
Partner with leadership to provide financial insight and support decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close
