Senior Accountant

• Review monthly property operating reports, budgets, and cash flows
• Partner with fund administrators on quarterly investor reporting, allocations, and waterfall calculations
• Prepare and analyze fund- and property-level performance metrics
• support financial modeling and projections
• Assist with quarterly valuations, year-end audits, tax returns, and SEC compliance filings
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, and co-investment activity
• Interface with operating partners, investors, and service providers to support reporting and due diligence requests

• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience in real estate investment, private equity, or fund management
• Familiarity with fund structures, capital allocations, and investor reporting
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach

CPA or MBA (completed or in progress)
