Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will oversee critical accounting processes, including month-end close procedures, financial reconciliations, and variance analyses. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a proven ability to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Job Responsibility:

Lead daily and month-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records during month-end close procedures
Perform reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
Conduct variance analyses to maintain the integrity of the general ledger
Manage intercompany balances and coordinate with affiliated business entities
Analyze financial operations from a balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow perspective
Assist in developing the annual budget and preparing quarterly forecasts
Support external auditors during annual audits by providing necessary documentation and insights
Communicate financial performance insights and address business-related inquiries with stakeholders
Perform additional tasks as needed to support operational and business continuity objectives

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related roles
Proficiency in month-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals
Strong knowledge of general ledger management and account reconciliations
Bi-lingual Mandarin required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
