Our company is seeking a Contract Senior Accountant with proven expertise in Sage Intacct to support our finance team during a critical period. This highly skilled professional will play a key role in managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to process improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Handle complex account analyses and balance sheet reconciliations
Oversee and streamline processes using Sage Intacct for optimal efficiency
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and department managers
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
Lead or assist with system upgrades, process documentation, and compliance initiatives
Provide recommendations for financial process improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with senior-level responsibilities
Advanced proficiency in Sage Intacct is essential
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Demonstrated experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and data analysis
Excellent communication skills
