Job Responsibility:

Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy
Oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Mentor and support entry level accounting staff

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years’ work experience in accounting - in a variety of industries
Experience with Microsoft Office plus Advanced Excel skills
Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, strong time management and organization
Experience using at least 2 accounting software (NetSuite, Oracle, Sage Intacct, etc.)
