A leading, large-scale advertising and marketing company headquartered in Montvale, NJ is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This role is ideal for candidates coming out of Big 4 public accounting who are looking to transition into a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment. You’ll play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement while partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations to senior leadership
Support internal and external audits, including coordination with auditors
Evaluate and improve internal controls and accounting processes
Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new standards
Partner with FP& A and operational teams to support business initiatives
Participate in system and process enhancements to drive efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2–5 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 audit experience strongly preferred)
CPA or CPA-track preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience working with large, complex organizations preferred
Advanced Excel skills
experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) a plus
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
