Join a fast-growing, private equity-backed healthcare company in Dallas as a Senior Accountant. This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) offers a dynamic blend of accounting and analysis. We’re looking for a tech-savvy accountant with a passion for streamlining processes and driving improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and facilitate monthly close, including preparation and review of journal entries
Perform and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and completeness
Analyze financial statements and general ledger details
identify and resolve discrepancies
Support audit preparation and ensure timely delivery of audit-related documentation
Maintain and optimize ledger accuracy through regular reviews and updates
Recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities based on financial analysis
Mentor and train accounting team members to elevate department capabilities
Conduct variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations
Document and monitor internal controls to support compliance and audit readiness
Collaborate on complex accounting projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
At least three years of accounting experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query
