Partnering with a large, well-established organization in Denver, CO seeking a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for a variety of accounting responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

preparing necessary items for external auditors
regulatory reporting and financial footnotes/SEC filing duties
monthly journal entries and account reconciliations

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
2-4 years of accounting experience in either public accounting or industry accounting
