As the Senior Accountant, you will oversee the general ledger system, assist with preparing accruals, support tax compliance, complete bank reconciliations, draft financial reports, coordinate the month end/year end close, review bank reconciliations, prepare data for monthly journal entries, assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliation, perform account reconciliations, assist with the annual audit process, maintain financial records, and perform financial analysis as needed. The successful candidate for this role will have sharp analytical skills, excellent time management abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Implement revenue generating control systems
Prepare monthly financial statements
Complete month close general ledger activities
Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Review trust accounting transactions
Monitor loans and leasing payments
Assist with tax filing/compliance
Perform account reconciliation
Requirements:
CPA preferred
7+ years of accounting experience
Public Accounting experience preferred
Experience with Trusts also preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
