We’re partnering with a well-established, global consulting firm with a strong presence in engineering and project-based services. This is a stable, team-oriented environment with long employee tenure and consistent growth. We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to support project teams and manage key accounting functions across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role with exposure to both operational and technical accounting.

Job Responsibility:

Manage project-based/client billing and support project managers with financials
Perform month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Handle intercompany transactions and multi-entity accounting
Support AP/AR processes, including invoice review and collections
Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements

Requirements:

Experience in project-based environments (engineering, consulting, construction, etc.)
Strong understanding of GAAP, GL, and reconciliations
Experience with multi-entity and/or intercompany accounting
Advanced Excel skills
Vantagepoint accounting software experience
