Senior Accountant

In searching of a Senior Accountant to join our team. This person is responsible for preparing financial reports for 10 to 12 various properties such as land investment, construction and development, retail properties, and office buildings. This person will review payables and receivables; perform bank/account reconciliations; provide financial information to auditors, tax consultants, lenders, property managers, and partners; and assist in the preparation of budgets, recoveries, 1099, and sales tax, as well as process annual property tax bills, and coordinate tax return preparation and distribution of K-1 to partners. May be involved in preparation of construction draws and other special projects assigned by the Controller.
