This is an opportunity to step into a high‑visibility Senior Accountant role within a healthcare clinic where your work makes an immediate impact. Job Responsibility:

Own key aspects of the monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Analyze large, complex datasets to support operational and financial decisions
Leverage advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, data analysis) on a daily basis
Partner directly with leadership and operations — fewer handoffs, more impact
Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad‑hoc financial analysis
Ensure accuracy and compliance within a healthcare accounting environment
Assist with audits and financial documentation as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Healthcare accounting background required (clinic, hospital, medical group, or healthcare services)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills with hands‑on experience managing large data sets
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working 100% onsite in a collaborative, in‑person environment
