Job Description:

This role supports core accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance activities, and accounting oversight related to cash and investment activity. The position works closely with finance leadership and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and strong internal controls.

Job Responsibility:

Manage accounting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis across core accounting functions, including cash and investment activity
Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain internal control processes
Support accounting and compliance activities related to federal, state, and local requirements
Prepare or coordinate required filings and review for accuracy and completeness
Research and respond to compliance and regulatory notices
Lead or support accounting process improvements and special projects
Partner with finance and leadership on reporting, compliance, and financial analysis matters
Coordinate with external auditors and advisors
Support banking activity, account administration, and cash monitoring
Assist with cash and investment activity tracking and short‑term cash planning

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong general ledger, reconciliation, and financial reporting experience

Nice to have:

Exposure to cash management, investments, or treasury‑related accounting
