Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support month-end close, financial reporting, and day‑to‑day accounting operations. This role ensures accurate financials, strengthens controls, and partners with internal teams to support business decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Lead month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
Maintain general ledger accuracy and prepare monthly reporting/variance analysis
Support cash management, bank recs, fixed assets, and audit preparation
Assist with inventory/cost accounting (if applicable)
Ensure GAAP compliance and improve internal processes
Provide financial analysis for budgeting and forecasting
Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
CPA/CMA preferred
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
manufacturing experience a plus
Strong GAAP knowledge
ERP experience
advanced Excel skills
