Senior Accountant

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• General Ledger & Reconciliation: Oversee general ledger accuracy, perform complex account reconciliations, and manage bank statements
• Month-End Close: Lead or assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely reporting
• Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance, trends, and opportunities
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Monitor and evaluate key financial and operational metrics, identifying risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial visibility and efficiency
• Help prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership, board meetings, and stakeholders
• Improve financial processes, tools, and reporting systems for better accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modelling and data analysis
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving ability and a strategic mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
