• Oversee month-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to uphold the integrity of financial records
• Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Conduct account reconciliations to verify balances and resolve discrepancies
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and forecasting
• Assist in preparing detailed financial reports and analyses to aid decision-making
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company accounting policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions
• Provide support during audits by compiling documentation and responding to inquiries

• Proven experience in month-end close processes and general ledger maintenance
• Strong knowledge of journal entries and account reconciliation practices
• Expertise in bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively
