Job Description:

A large company in Rockville is seeking a senior accountant. We offer contract, temporary and permanent placement solutions for finance and accounting, technology, marketing and creative, legal, and administrative and customer support roles.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing financial statements
maintaining and reconciling accounts
preparing and filing tax returns
assisting with budgeting and forecasting
ensuring all accounting tasks and financial records comply with generally accepted accounting principles

Requirements:

5 plus years of General Ledger experience
an undergraduate degree in accounting
legal authorization to work in the United States
