Job Responsibility:
Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Prepare and review journal entries and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Support integration of new acquisitions, including onboarding entities into the ERP system and procurement software
Assist with revenue recognition and analysis of contractual adjustments
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and provide clear communication to internal stakeholders
Contribute to process improvements and the development of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA highly preferred
4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including multi-entity environments
Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Sage Intacct, or similar preferred)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
Nice to have:
Healthcare industry accounting experience is highly preferred but not strictly required
