We are looking for a skilled accounting professional to take ownership of key financial processes and contribute to the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our reporting activities. This position plays a central role in the monthly and annual close cycles, supports cross‑department initiatives, and helps strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and support recurring close activities, ensuring all financial statements and internal reports are completed accurately and on schedule
Prepare, analyze, and review a wide range of accounting entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial variance explanations
Apply U.S. GAAP principles—including areas such as business combinations and lease accounting—to ensure proper treatment of transactions
Utilize cost accounting principles to monitor KPIs, highlight performance trends, and recommend process enhancements
Develop detailed schedules and documentation for annual audits, serving as a point of contact for external auditors
Collaborate with teams across the organization to evaluate business changes, assess accounting impacts, and support special initiatives
Offer guidance and informal coaching to less experienced team members, promoting a culture of accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
advanced credentials such as a CPA, CMA, or MBA are advantageous
A minimum of four years of professional accounting experience, ideally in a corporate setting
Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship
Experience coordinating the close process for multiple entities or operating units across various locations is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounting assignments with a high attention to detail
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable ERP platforms
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large volumes of data
Familiarity with regulatory and tax considerations related to corporate financial reporting is beneficial
