Senior Accountant

• Assist with preparing journal entries, perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and completeness in compliance with GAAP
• Support end-to-end AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, collections, payables, 1099 and vendor management
• Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare close schedules and help drive timely and accurate reporting
• Support in tracking and categorizing expenses in alignment with budget forecasts and internal policies
• Help organize documentation for financial audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related activities
• Assist with special projects, system upgrades, and ad hoc reporting as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of accounting experience spread across public accounting (Big 4) and private sector in a high-growth or startup environment
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and work cross-functionally

Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Brex
