Excellent opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a growing Information Services Company in the Danvers area due to recent acquisitions and promotion. The Senior Accountant will report into the Director of Accounting and be part of 4-person financial reporting team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with excellent technology that is built out for expansion offering future growth opportunities. Strong leadership team in place, team collaborative friendly environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with financial statement reporting
Month end close activities
Performing account reconciliations
Maintaining the general ledger
Manage ASC 842 lease accounting procedures across multiple systems
Special projects including M&A activity and internal control initiatives

Requirements:

BS Degree required
CPA or CPA candidate preferred with 3-5+ years of experience
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 842 lease accounting preferred
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance required
Advanced Excel skills required
Ability to work with large volumes of transactional data required
4+ years of related experience
Netsuite skills

Nice to have:

CPA or CPA candidate
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 842 lease accounting
Candidates in Public Accounting looking to transition into industry
