Job Responsibility

Financial Oversight & Reconciliations: Executes and reviews balance sheet and income statement reconciliations, prepares approved journal entries, and maintains strict internal financial controls. Prepare month-end closing and the financial statement
Accounts Receivable & Revenue: Monitors aging reports, accurately applies cash receipts via CargoWise, handles billing disputes, and manages weekly overdue accounts and credit approvals.
Accounts Payable & Cost Control: Reviews vendor payments using a 3-way match system, tracks landed costs (freight, duties, insurance), and manages monthly expense accounts with proper backups.
Operations Collaboration: Partners closely with logistics teams to ensure accurate job costing and works to optimize system processes between finance and operations
