A manufacturing company in San Marcos is hiring a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, reconciliations, and operational accounting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership and improving processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting leadership. The right candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines.

Job Responsibility:

Lead month-end close and reporting processes
Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
Maintain general ledger and financial accuracy
Support cost tracking and operational accounting
Assist with audits and compliance
Identify process improvements
Support budgeting and forecasting
Partner with internal teams

Requirements:

4–6+ years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP
