Job Description:

Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this leadership role, you will oversee complex accounting processes, support financial reporting, and help maintain accurate financial controls.

Job Responsibility:

Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures and reconciliations
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation
Oversee general ledger activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Mentor junior staff and support process improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of relevant accounting experience
leadership experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, SAP)
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
