Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on accounting professional to manage core financial operations for a healthcare company. This role will begin as a contract position with the potential to convert to full-time within 3–6 months.

Job Responsibility:

Manage month-end close and financial reporting
Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations
Oversee payroll, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR)
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software
Strong full-cycle accounting experience (close, payroll, AP/AR)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice to have:

Experience with medical claims or healthcare billing
