Senior Accountant

• Manage general ledger accounting processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards
• Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and budgeting initiatives
• Conduct internal audits and assist in external audit preparation as necessary
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance processes, improve controls, and streamline financial workflows
• Oversee tax filing requirements and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial forecasting, operational reporting, and profitability analysis

• Active CPA certification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior or supervisory roles
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and corporate financial practices
• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems, such as Workday, is preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities in fast-paced environments
