LumApps is an AI-powered Employee Hub. The Finance team, currently comprised of around twenty people, is responsible for supporting the daily needs and development of LumApps. The primary objective is to ensure the reliability of financial information and the smooth flow of this information.
Job Responsibility:
Take full ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles, ensuring all deadlines are met with high accuracy
Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making, ensuring data consistency across systems
Manage specific SaaS accounting topics, including deferred revenue and complex billing cycles
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure all statutory and tax filings (VAT, etc.) are handled diligently
Act as a flexible resource to support AP, AR, and Cash Management teams during peak periods or absences
Review entries and reconciliations made by the accounting ops team to ensure quality control
Manage and reconcile intercompany flows and balances within the group's international entities
Provide operational support for business development initiatives and special projects as requested by the Finance Director
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s technical skills and the sharing of best practices
Participate in the optimization of accounting tools (e.g., NetSuite) to automate manual tasks and shorten closing cycles
Active participation in the company’s professional communities and technical workshops
Strict adherence to IT security policies and internal financial control procedures
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record in a fast-paced, international environment (SaaS or Tech background preferred)
Strong command of General Ledger (GL) and consolidation principles
Experience in Financial Reporting and complex reconciliations
Proficiency in modern ERPs and advanced Excel
Fluent in English (C1 level) is mandatory
