We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Midland, Texas. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in full-cycle accounting processes and is capable of managing budgets and preparing month-end financial reports. Job Responsibility:

Oversee and execute full-cycle accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements and reports
Develop and manage budgets to align with organizational goals
Conduct general ledger maintenance, ensuring all entries are precise and up to date
Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial records
Post journal entries and review transactions for compliance with accounting standards
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data
Collaborate with team members to optimize accounting practices and procedures
Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
Strong expertise in month-end close processes and financial reporting
Proficiency in general ledger management and journal entries
Demonstrated ability to perform account and bank reconciliations
Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Familiarity with accounting software and tools
