Job Responsibility:

Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP
Overseeing key accounting operations
Leading the month-end close
Performing financial analysis
Supporting audits
Guiding support staff
Playing a critical role in financial reporting, cost analysis, and future growth initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA track preferred)
Minimum of 4+ years of accounting experience ideally in a manufacturing, logistics or supply chain environment
Lead month-end close and financial reporting (GAAP)
Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and forecasts
Partnering with operations to improve profitability
Contributing to technical accounting, audits, and internal controls
Various ad-hoc projects
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
