Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professional (FTEP) team. Job Responsibility:
Prepare and post complex journal entries and perform account reconciliations (cash, prepaids, payroll, etc.)
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Prepare financial statements, cash flow projections, and budgets
Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis for management reporting
Maintain fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and capital leases
Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX internal controls
Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Support ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working with large ERP/accounting systems
Adaptable, consultative mindset with a willingness to learn new environments
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
Expertise in month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with large accounting systems and their functionalities.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to diverse environments.
