Job Responsibility

Oversee day-to-day accounting activities for multiple business entities, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner

Coordinate key components of the month-end close process and help drive timely completion of reporting deliverables
Maintain fixed asset records, including asset capitalization, depreciation tracking, and supporting schedules
Produce financial statements and other recurring reports to support leadership decision-making
Work closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and additional financial analysis as business needs arise
Monitor accounting practices across entities to promote alignment with established policies and compliance standards
Recommend and support improvements that enhance efficiency within multi-entity accounting workflows
