Senior Accountant

• Manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the integrity of the general ledger
• Reconcile accounts, including bank accounts, to ensure accurate balances
• Oversee corporate credit card transactions and break down invoices in Excel for proper categorization
• Format financial reports and assist in cost accounting tasks as needed
• Maintain fixed asset and prepaid schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with team members and support accounting operations as directed
• Provide assistance with investment-related tasks, if applicable, to support financial strategies
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounting department

• Proven experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entry preparation
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and formatting
• Ability to perform account and bank reconciliations with precision
• Familiarity with corporate credit card transactions and invoice breakdowns
• Experience working with fixed assets and prepaids is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively

Prior exposure to investment accounting is a plus but not mandatory
