Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support a growing finance team with advanced accounting functions, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes, improving efficiency, and serving as a key accounting resource within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
Lead or support month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain and review general ledger activity for accuracy and completeness
Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and internal reporting
Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Mentor junior accounting staff and support process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operations teams

Requirements:

4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
