Job Description:

As a Senior Accountant, you will be in charge of financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Job Responsibility:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into the organization's financial performance
Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
Prepare and present detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Communicate financial results, trends, and forecasts to senior management
Collaborate with management in the development and monitoring of budgets
Assist in the forecasting process, providing financial projections and insights
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and ensure the accuracy of their work
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate and support internal and external audits
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the accounting department
Implement changes to enhance the overall effectiveness of financial processes

Requirements:

Senior Accountants with 5+ years of experience
