Job Description:

As a Senior Accountant at Radix, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial foundation of a fast-growing SaaS company serving the multifamily industry. You will provide the financial clarity and structure that empowers leaders across Kosovo and the U.S. to make smarter, faster, and more confident decisions. Beyond managing the numbers, you will help design scalable processes, reinforce compliance, and build trust in the data that fuels our growth. Your work will directly enable Radix to scale responsibly while maintaining transparency, accountability, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, complete with meaningful variance analysis
Own and manage the general ledger, reconciliations, revenue recognition, invoicing, and compliance processes end-to-end
Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain audit readiness through strong documentation and internal controls
Design, document, and optimize accounting workflows to support scalability and operational efficiency
Translate financial data into actionable insights that inform strategic and cross-functional decision-making
Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to align financial practices with business goals
Improve revenue recognition processes in a SaaS environment, ensuring accuracy and transparency
Leverage ERP and reporting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce) to enhance financial visibility
Present financial performance insights clearly and confidently to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Proactively identify risks, recommend solutions, and implement improvements that strengthen financial resilience

Requirements:

5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
Strong understanding of accounting standards, GAAP compliance, and revenue recognition principles
Experience managing full-cycle accounting processes in a growing or scaling organization
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred
Experience with SaaS billing systems and familiarity with key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC, LTV)
High proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
Curiosity to continuously improve financial processes and challenge the status quo
Resilience to deliver accuracy and clarity under deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
Adaptability and comfort working cross-functionally in a high-growth company with evolving priorities
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
