Our client is growing rapidly, and is looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. This Senior Accountant role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while also applying strong technical accounting knowledge to complex transactions, consolidations, and evolving business needs. You’ll work closely with finance leadership and business partners across multiple entities, helping strengthen reporting processes, improve controls, and support strategic growth initiatives. This is a high-visibility opportunity with exposure to executive leadership and broad operational involvement.
Job Responsibility
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across multiple legal entities
Lead and support the monthly consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations
Apply technical accounting guidance to complex transactions and business events
Assist with implementation and interpretation of U.S. GAAP accounting standards
Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules
Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide meaningful insights to leadership
Support external audits and coordinate with auditors during year-end and interim reviews
Help improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies
Partner cross-functionally with operations, FP&A, tax, and leadership teams
Assist with acquisitions, entity integrations, and special projects as the organization grows
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Experience working in a multi-entity environment
Strong understanding of consolidations and intercompany accounting
Experience researching and applying technical accounting concepts
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
