Are you a experienced accounting detail oriented with a passion for the construction industry? Join our team as a Senior Accountant and play a pivotal role in overseeing complex financial operations for dynamic projects. We are a fast-growing construction firm committed to excellence, innovation, and integrity.

Job Responsibility:

Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Oversee project accounting, job costing, and contract administration
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor compliance with GAAP and company policies
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and executive leadership
Analyze financial performance, project profit margins, and forecast cash flow

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in construction accounting
Strong understanding of percentage-of-completion, WIP statements, and revenue recognition for construction contracts
Proficiency in construction accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities
Month-end close experience is required
